At HAUS of Hair Co., we take hygiene and product quality very seriously. Because our products are made with 100% human hair and are considered personal use items, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, unused product.

Tamper-Protected Packaging
All HAUS of Hair Co. hair extensions are shipped in secure packaging with protective seals. This ensures that each product remains unused and in its original condition.

Returns & Hygiene Requirements
Hair extensions are eligible for return within our 30-day return window only if the product remains completely unused and in its original sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

• The packaging seal has been broken or removed
• The hair has been removed from its original ties or packaging
• The hair has been brushed, worn, washed, styled, or altered
• The product shows any signs of use

Once the protective seal is broken, the product is considered non-returnable.

Color Matching
Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the hair color while the extensions remain in the sealed packaging. If the color is not suitable, the product may be returned as long as the packaging has not been opened or tampered with.

Why This Policy Exists
These policies are in place to protect our customers and maintain the highest standards of product hygiene and quality. Because hair extensions are a personal use product, we cannot restock or resell hair that has been opened or used.
