At HAUS of Hair Co., we want you to love your hair. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Hair extensions must be returned in their original packaging with all seals, tags, and ties intact.
  • Items that have been opened, worn, brushed, washed, or altered cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [your email address] with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

To help cover processing, inspection, and repackaging costs, approved returns may be subject to a small 15% restocking fee. This allows us to maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards for all HAUS of Hair products.

Exchanges
We currently accept exchanges for items that are unused and in original condition. If you need a different color or length, please contact us within the 30-day return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, promotional items, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
